Project Overview
In 2023, our team successfully prepared the Environment Management Plan (EMP) for the Ashuganj 400 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant (East), located at Ashuganj, Brahmanbaria.
The project, funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and implemented by the Ashuganj Power Station Company Ltd. (APSCL), required a comprehensive EMP to ensure that the power plant construction and operations comply with both national environmental regulations and international safeguard standards.
Our services provided APSCL with an effective framework for environmental management, monitoring, and mitigation, ensuring sustainable and compliant power generation.

- Development of mitigation and monitoring strategies for air, water, and noise impacts
- Alignment of EMP with both GoB environmental regulations and ADB safeguard policies
- Capacity building support for APSCL in environmental management
