Project Overview
From January 2018 to December 2023, our team, in collaboration with SRK Consulting (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd., provided Environmental & Social (E&S) Monitoring services for the Ghorasal Polash Urea Fertilizer Project (GPUFP), located in Ghorashal, Palasha, Narsingdi.
The project, implemented by Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (BCIC) and financed by MIGA, aimed to ensure compliance with environmental and social standards during the construction and operational phases of the fertilizer plant.
Our monitoring services helped mitigate environmental and social risks, enhance sustainability, and ensure adherence to both national regulations and international safeguard requirements.
